Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Our Standard (economy) Charm and Charm Bracelet line is exempt from being returned or refunded. All sales on Silver-plated product are final.

Our .925 Sterling Silver Line of Charm Bracelets and Charms is returnable and refundable only if it is defective. No product is returnable or refundable for cosmetic appearance or any other reason other than a factory defect.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

It is the sole desecration of Jewelry By Mandy after examining the return as to the amount of refund to be issues or to allow the return.

Any product requesting to be returned or refunded due to JBM order error is applicable to our 30 day policy.

Refunds

If you are given a return approval with a RAN (Return Authorization Number) That number has to be marked clearly on the shipping box. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days of your approval notification.

Late or missing refunds

We can not control Credit Card Companies, Banks or any other financial institution on how long they take to process a refund.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. All exchanges are processed through out return and refund policy.

Gifts

If you product was a gift, the same policies apply, except, at JBM’s desecration, we may wave the time requirements.

Shipping returns

No returns will be accepted without a RAN marked on the out side of the package. Any return shipped to us without our approval will not be processed or considered according to our policy as stated above. WARNING, if you ignore our policy and ship us your product in this manner, we are not responsible for returning your product to you. You will need to provide a prepaid shipping label to have it returned.
